AGENT-FIRST QA FOR THE WORKFLOWS YOUR USERS RELY ON

Ship faster without breaking production. Your coding agent builds, AlwaysQA catches what breaks, and MCP routes the fix right back.

FINISHED RUN

Customer can sign in

The browser agent evaluated the sign-in workflow using the Test Case’s dedicated QA Account.

Summary

The sign-in form rejected the provided QA credentials.

Evidence

  • Sign-in page loaded successfully
  • Credentials were submitted
  • An error message appeared after submission

Available Evidence

  • Summary

CORE WORKFLOW

The agent-first workflow behind every Run

From defining success to reviewing Evidence, AlwaysQA turns an important browser journey into a workflow that can be evaluated repeatedly.

[ 1 ]

Define the Test Case

Provide the starting URL, describe the workflow, and define the observable Success Condition. Add a QA Account or image when needed.

[ 2 ]

Start a fresh Run

Start the Test Case on demand or let AlwaysQA run it automatically on a Daily or Weekly schedule.

[ 3 ]

Let the agent find the path

A fresh AI-guided agent chooses how to attempt the workflow in a real browser without relying on a fixed automation script.

[ 4 ]

Get an Outcome with Evidence

The finished Run receives Passed, Failed, or Needs Attention, supported by a summary, observations, and an action timeline.

[ 5 ]

Evaluate it again

Run the Test Case again after your application changes. Every new Run starts with a fresh browser agent and produces its own Outcome and Evidence.

MCP WORKFLOW

Work with AlwaysQA from your coding agent

Connect AlwaysQA to Codex, Claude Code, or any MCP-compatible coding agent to generate browser Test Cases right from your project. Your code, secrets, and credentials stay local. AlwaysQA only receives the test details you explicitly approve. Manage or revoke access anytime with secure, browser-based authorization.

connected Once connected, you can ask your agent to:

  • Propose Test Cases based on your application
  • Create and update Test Cases with your approval
  • Start Runs and check their progress
  • Review Outcomes and Evidence
  • Manage schedules and investigate failures

MCP is optional

MCP gives your coding agent a secure way to work with AlwaysQA on your behalf. It does not run the browser evaluations itself—AlwaysQA performs every Run in a managed real browser.

Prefer the web interface? Every core AlwaysQA capability is also available in your browser.

RUN OUTCOMES

A clear Outcome for every finished Run

AlwaysQA separates execution progress from the final Outcome. A Run moves through Queued, Running, and Finished. Once finished, it receives one of three Outcomes.

Passed
The browser agent observed the Test Case’s Success Condition during the Run.
Failed
The browser agent explicitly observed that the expected behavior was broken.
Needs Attention
The agent could not reach a confident conclusion, or an execution problem prevented it from completing the workflow reliably.

Evidence behind every Outcome

Review the summary, observations, and action timeline to understand what happened. A temporary browser replay may also be available.

Agent-first QA without scripts to maintain.

Define the workflow and its Success Condition once. AlwaysQA evaluates it in a real browser on demand or on a schedule, then returns a clear Outcome with Evidence your team can review.
